1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrialBridge's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Description of Service

TrialBridge provides an AI-powered platform for Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to analyze clinical trial RFPs (Request for Proposals). The service includes automated RFP analysis, predictive cost and timeline estimation, patient recruitment optimization, risk assessment, and collaborative tools for bid preparation.

3. User Accounts

To access the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our service integrates with public data sources such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, and FDA FAERS, but we do not share your confidential information with these services or other third parties.

5. Data Sources and AI Processing

Our platform utilizes various data sources including ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA FAERS, US Census data, and public social media data for analysis purposes. The AI models process this information alongside your RFP documents to provide insights. You acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy, predictive analytics and AI-generated recommendations are provided as guidance and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before making final decisions.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all customer data and RFP information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. All analysis of your RFP documents is performed within secure environments.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrialBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The insights and reports generated by our platform based on your data are owned by you, while the underlying technology, algorithms, and models remain the property of TrialBridge.

8. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • To reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software
  • To submit false or misleading information that could impact the accuracy of results
  • To use the service to process protected health information (PHI) without appropriate agreements in place

9. Service Availability and Beta Status

TrialBridge is currently under development. We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During beta testing, features may change, and occasional service interruptions may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrialBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. The information provided by our platform is for guidance only, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy of cost estimates, timeline predictions, or other analyses. All decisions made using our platform's insights remain the responsibility of the user.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
